Watson Company is a real estate/investment banking company established in 1989 by Bob Watson.  In addition to brokerage and investment banking services, the company also provides consultation services for asset valuation, buy/sell analysis, market analysis and other strategy implementation for institutional and high net worth clients. Over the past 25 years, R.M. Watson Company has developed strong ties to local and national industry participants, including developers, investors and lenders.  Whether our role is advisory, brokerage services, or real estate investment banking, we offer creative capital solutions by leveraging our industry position to the client’s advantage.

The company has closed over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions over the past 7 years. Closings include core, as well as, alternative asset class sale transactions and debt/equity placement.

A majority of our transactions are off-market.  This allows our clients to avoid the competitive bid-process, retain a higher level of transaction confidentiality and increases the likelihood of a successful closing.
